Shipping & Delivery
KOFLEX SPORTS NUTRITION ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and to some international locations. Please contact us for information on international shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

HOW WE HANDLE AND PROCESS YOUR ORDER 1. Within seconds of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number & other important information. 2. If you place order during regular business hours, we make every effort to ship it the very same day. If you order later in the day, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment the very next morning. 3. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 4. In just a couple of days, typically 3-5 days, your order will be delivered directly to your door.

Returns & Replacements
Return packages must have prior authorization. Packages returned without an authorization number will be refused. No returns after 14 days of receiving the items. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Sorry, we cannot accept opened supplements.
Ordering
Ordering on our site is easy and straight-forward. Just follow the easy step-by-step instructions to complete your order.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive e-mails about your order informing you about your order status:

    * Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order have been received. It will include your order number and other transcation details. Please keep this e-mail for your records.
    * Backorder Notice. Occasionally some of our products maybe back-ordered for one reason or another. If this happens, you'll receive this email.This e-mail informs you that an item you ordered is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is only charged when the product is shipped. When the item is available to ship, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please keep this e-mail for your records.
    * Shipment Confirmation. You'll receive this e-mail confirming that your order, or part of your order has shipped. Please note that multiple items orders may be shipped separately.
    * Other important notice about your order. Seldomly you may receive important notice from us regarding your order. The reasons this e-mail may include: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Payment & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and payment via Paypal or Google Checkout. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. Orders paid by money order are sent within 24 hours.
