    Do packages ship on Saturday or Sunday?

    No. UPS and FedEx received packages on weekdays, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

    How do I estimate UPS Ground, Next day and Second Day delivery time?

    Ground service is delivered between one and 5 business days after an order has been shipped. Next Day service is delivered on the next business day after an order has been shipped. Second Day service is delivered in two business days after an order has been shipped. Weekends and holidays do not count as UPS shipping/business days.

    What about military APO & FPO address orders?

    All military address orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail and Confirmed Receipt of Delivery. US mail delivery to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to eight weeks. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.

    Do you take International orders?

    Yes, we ship some of our products to our international customers, retailers and distributors, however, at this time we are not accepting international credit card orders. International customers may pay with the Paypal option only. All international orders are shipped prepaid with US funds via UPS or FedEx.
